Equipped with 2 bedrooms & 1.5 baths, the home is perfect for families & groups of friends. The home is fully upgraded with luxurious finishes & amenities. Upon entry, you will be in the living room. Straight ahead will be the kitchen and half bath. To your left will be a staircase leading to 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Full access to townhome. I will be available at all times. This home is a quaint townhouse in a pristine and safe location. *A friendly note to any of our guests who may be sensitive to the sounds of daily transportation and/or a train. There’s a short train that passes through daily. The train passes through very quickly so you barely notice it’s there. *This unit does not have designated parking. Parking on the street and in the alley way is available for this unit. DO NOT park in the parking lot behind the unit.* Parking is limited so if you are here for WKU activities, it may be best to walk to save your parking spot. There are 2 spaces in the alleyway that are marked as no parking but you are ok to park there. These 2 spots are right beside the light blue building next door. Please see parking section for photos. Also, there is a paid parking garage 1 street over on Kentucky Street. The garage name is Alumni Garage.
