Lake Garda cottage with pool and lake view, Salò

Spacious and family-friendly holiday home on two floors with fantastic views of Lake Garda (garden, terrace, balcony and pool with lake view). Nice facilities, enough space for two families with children and a toddler safe pool (shared with the neighboring house). An olive grove stretches in front of the light-filled house. Serniga as a district of Salò is an idyllic, quiet village without through traffic, approx. 1.5 km as the crow flies to the lake. Ideal for relaxing. The space The house in a south-east hillside location stretches over two floors: to the side you enter the house through the large glazed loggia. In front of the loggia there is a small garden with cypress, olive tree and lemon trees as well as a terrace from which you have an unobstructed view of the lake over the olive grove of the opposite property. In the loggia, a large dining table offers space for eight to nine people. This is followed by a very spacious living room with large couch, smart TV and fireplace. Next to it is the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped, of course with fridge and freezer, with dishwasher and gas stove. Nespresso machine and milk frother. In addition, there is a guest toilet on this floor, as well as a household room with washing machine and other cleaning utensils. On the upper floor are the three large bedrooms with their associated bathrooms: two bedrooms (the one is equipped with a double bed, the other with a double bed as well as with a single bed) go out the front and offer a magnificent view of the lake via floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enter the balcony from both bedrooms, which runs in front of the rooms. The third room is a children's room, with two single beds and a bunk bed. A baby cot is also available. From this floor, a door leads to the back side of the house. Opposite you can reach the pool (10mx4m) via the parking space belonging to the house through a gate via a staircase, from which you also have a wonderful view of the lake. The pool is half the neighbor who rents out an apartment in his house and us. He also takes care of the pool.
