A quiet and peaceful, country styled abode. (Please note this is a stair access only venue) Perfect for a short stay or mountainside holiday, not far from all that the Illawarra has to offer. All the conveniences you need are taken care of, just open the door and fall into a state of relaxation and tranquility, in this charming little stopover. The space is located at the foot of the the escarpment and in front of Bankbook Park, in the peaceful township of Wongawilli. The space The space features a luxurious King Size bed and plush Double Sofa, Bed perfect for parents with kids, in-laws or travelling couples. The sofa can be pre-made and folded out, or left closed with bedding on and ready to go, you just let us know what you want in advance. Please note, there are a few items that require moving to open the sofa bed yourself, but it is minimal and there is nothing heavy to move. Windows allow in plenty of natural light and capture great vistas of the mountains and ancient Moreton Bay Fig Tree in Bankbook Park. A large 3 door mirrored BIW for plenty of storage during your stay. It is a very spacious studio, just kick back and watch the smart TV from any vantage point, the bed, lounge or dining table, or simply look out the window! Take a tea, coffee or beverage of choice in the private garden space! Washing, drying & ironing facilities are all available within the studio, don't let wet weather slow you down! Did we mention the HUUGGEEEE shower! Reverse cycle A/C, Coffee Machine, Lounge, Dining Table, Fridge/Freezer, Stove all make for a convenient self contained stopover or holiday stay. Guest access This is a completely separate, stand alone studio with with a private courtyard, private access and complete privacy from the neighbors. Access is via a gate at the rear lane, which is signposted. Enter via the gate and go straight up the stairs. Other things to note This is a studio with stair access only. Guests will be required to climb stairs to access the space. There is no undercovering parking, guests will be required to park in the street, of which there is plenty of space right outside the door. Registration details PID-STRA-49394
