The space This is a private 1 bedroom apartment that is attached to a main house. It has a private entrance and patio. The spa and driveway is shared. This home offers a washer and dryer, hair dryer, full kitchen, outdoor BBQ, spa, entertainment, and much more. You also have access to a shared gym & office space (upon request only) that is near the main house. Guest access A keyless entry has been installed on the door. The code is changed with each new guest. You will be sent the code for entry prior to your check-in time. Punch in the numbers and the lock button to open. Punch the lock button to lock the door. You will have full access to the spa and large patio area. This area is for our guests only while we are hosting. There is parking for any size vehicle and additional parking may be arranged upon request. Access to the gym and office space may be arrange upon request and these are shared spaces. Other things to note PLEASE READ: This property is located on a gravel road in the hills of Menifee. It may be difficult to find in the dark.
