Victorian terraced house in Thames Ditton nr river

Victorian character filled terraced house with 2-3 bedrooms across a single bed and one double (there is another bed in the loft but it has quite a lot of work stuff stored) and a tranquil patio. In a leafy Surrey village close to London. The road has a riverside pub overlooking Hampton Court Palace, a swimming and kayak spot on the Thames and lovely walk plus a playground opposite the house. Short walk to Hampton court palace or to Thames Ditton Station and 35 minutes train The space This is a lovely character-filled Victorian cottage in a nice street, with the River Thames at the bottom. It’s 10 minutes walk from Thames Ditton station which is 35 minutes into London. There is off street parking. It is also 15 minutes walk to Hampton Court Palace with its beautiful gardens and history. There is a popular river spot with entry into the Thames for swimming or Canoeing and the Albany riverside pub is also at the bottom of the road ... It's idyllic. There is a lounge, a dining room, kitchen and tranquil leafy patio downstairs. Upstairs a double bedroom, huge bathroom with shower and Victorian roll top bath. There are two further bedrooms - one with a single bed and the other double bed in the loft (accessible via fixed wooden stairs from within the single bedroom. We live here most of the time so whilst it’s not cluttered, our stuff is in the house. It’s homely anyway and full of books….also an inflatable kayak you can use (at your own risk). Guest access There are three rooms downstairs - a lounge, dining room and kitchen, with a leafy terrace out the back. Upstairs there is one double bedroom and one single, with a stairway (not suitable for the elderly!) up to the double loft room. Whilst in theory the property sleeps 4-5, that wouldn’t suit everyone due to the access to the loft room ... also whilst I will leave a heater, the loft can get cold in winter! Other things to note Just note that we live here most of the time so it does have our clothes, kitchen stuff and books around. Also please note access to the loft room through the single bedroom and up a wooden staircase - if the loft is to be used let me know
