A Private Suite with enchanting garden and pond

Trailside Villa suite is your home away from home. With private parking and private entry, you will feel the peace from the time you enter the gate , walk down the pathway, and smell the beautiful array of roses and flowering bushes as you enter your private suite . You will enjoy the soothing sounds of the pond under the window. The private suite is located in the sunniest area of the house and you will feel safe and secure in our lovely neighbourhood. Thank you and welcome . The space You will have your suite situated on the lower walkout area of our home . You will have a private suite with sitting room including a (double sofa bed ), and a private bedroom , ( with a new queen bed), as well as a private bathroom. You have a private entrance with a key pad located by the sliding door. We have a TV in the sitting area . We have a small kitchen area with fridge, little freezer, water cooler with both hot and cold water feature, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle and all the dishes for 4 people. We will provide coffee and tea as well as salt, pepper sugar and cream . There is pre-made microwaveable meals down the street from us , at the Country Grocer store, that are very good and easy when staying at our Airbnb. Our guests will appreciate the new outside deck with awning as well as sitting area for that morning coffee. There is not a kitchen sink so I have provided a dishpan with drain, plus towels , cloth and dish soap. ( this is under bathroom cabinet), Some have washed their dishes on either the side table or the one on the deck, however I can do them as well if you want to leave for me . I do not mind , as this might be an inconvenience for some. Guest access With a private parking stall,( see guest parking in front of the garage), and private entrance, you will enjoy your pretty suite on the lower level walk out area of our home. You will have exclusive use to this space with no one sharing. Other things to note We want you to feel at home in Trailside Villa suite, and to enjoy the yard, and rest areas. Your children are welcome to play in the yard and there is also a park within walking distance down the trail. We have a 4 person limit in our suite.
