Take a break and unwind in our haven of greenery. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes. The space The accommodation, completely renovated (of 33 m³ ) consists of: A bedroom with a pull-out bed (new 140 cm mattress, 18 cm thick), a bench, plenty of storage furniture, a wardrobe with hangers, a kitchenette and a dining area (fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee makers, kettle), a living area with a 55-inch curved OLED TV with internet access, a fully renovated toilet, a bathroom, double sinks, and a private corner bathtub. A washing machine is available for your use. A crib (available) can be set up in the bathroom. Outside You will have access to the entire space (3,500 m2), which includes a private terrace, a terrace on stilts by the river, and a lounge terrace (zen) near our koi fish, with access to the plancha and the brazier. A 10m x 3m swimming pool will be accessible and shared. The boules and badminton courts can be used at your convenience. A ping pong table is available. If you wish, we will share our passions like permaculture vegetable garden, beekeeping, edible and medicinal plants of the marsh and you will get to know our chickens.
