The space This beautiful apartment, recently completed in 2023, is on the fourth floor of a walk up building. The apartment has a dishwasher, an in unit washer/dryer, tenant controlled heating/cooling, and a large private balcony. A rare find in NYC! The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a dedicated work space in the living room and a dedicated dining area. Also large fourth floor patio to entertain. High speed FIOS internet is included and a smart TV to log into your favorite streaming channels. The apartment includes starter supplies for your stay to include 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tabs, a small bottle of dish soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, and 1 spare trash bag. After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. There are several convenience stores and grocery stores in the area for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have access to this entire property. There is no parking available. For parking options please utilize street parking or make an arrangements with a parking garage in the area. Other things to note Pet policy: Up to one dog, under 65lbs. No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-apartment or in-building smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
