Elegant villa with everything a family needs for a holiday in Greece. It is located in an ideal spot, only 5 minutes drive from the beach (3.5km), at the outskirts of a traditional village. You will enjoy the quiet and calmness of nature, with beautiful mountain views covered with pine-trees. Out of season stays are also welcome. There is a central heating system, plus a closed-type high efficiency Norwegian fireplace. Enjoy mountain hiking, peaceful walks on the beach and traditional food. Other things to note Early in the morning you can enjoy a walk on an easy road up the mountain, where you can enjoy breath-taking views of the sea. You can make a circle and come back down to the house in one hour or you can continue to the top, where you can enjoy the sea views out of both sides of the Kassandra peninsula. Once you come back home, pick either one of the two bathrooms available to take a shower and you'll be ready to prepare breakfast in the elegant kitchen equipped with all you need, including elegant tableware and appliances of high quality, ranging from a toaster and a Nespresso cappuccino machine to a dishwasher. You can enjoy breakfast on the porch, where very comfortable armchairs and an extra large table can accommodate six people, or you can relax on the three-person swing while enjoying the tranquillity and the pine-tree forest views. Time for the beach? You plan to have lunch at a tavern by the sea? Too many choices to chose from. I will tell you all about them in person. Late in the evening you are back home from the beach? No need to form a queue outside a single bathroom. There are two fully equipped bathrooms. Hot water comes from a solar water system. In one bathroom there is also a washing machine and a dryer. Tired from the hustle and bustle of the beach villages and you want to go to a meat tavern nearby? Within walking distance you can go to the village tavern, where you will enjoy exquisite traditional meat dishes. You want to cook at home for dinner? Excellent choice. Time for the men to prepare the barbeque, while the women and children all help to prepare the big table on the porch for dinner. No need to burn coal, there is a big and powerful gas barbeque, where you can cook your fish or meat in minutes. You forgot to buy one last thing from the supermarket? No need to worry. There is a mini market in the village with everything you need, just a 5 min walk away. Enjoy your dinner and continue with drinks out on the porch, while listening to your Spotify playlist on the wireless Sonos Move speaker and uploading your latest beach pictures on social media using wi-fi. The temperature is exactly right, no sweating from humidity, no mosquitos to ruin the atmosphere, no noisy neighbours. Perhaps the kids will want to enjoy a movie inside. A 65 inch high quality OLED TV screen and a full Sonos 5.1 surround system is available in the living room. The adults will have the chance to enjoy some TV later too. Both adult bedrooms have large TVs (50'' and 42'') where you can enjoy the latest episode of your favourite Netflix or Amazon Prime series. Or not, as the bed mattress is so unbelievably comfortable that you will fall asleep right away. Samsung air-condition units are available in two of the three rooms, but you will find out that an open window lets a pleasant mountain breeze in, like an air-condition from the nature.
