The space The house sleeps 24 people with three single rooms, 2 x family room and a private family apartment. All rooms have high speed internet, quality soft sheets, private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, towels, shampoo and for your maximum comfort, brand new eco air conditioners. Single rooms: All have 3 single rooms and each room has a Queen size bed. Family room: Has a Queen size bed and a triple bunk. Family apartment: Has a Queen size bed, a triple bunk with a private bathroom, and triple room with a queen and single bed a living room and a new restaurant and bar. At the entrance of the house there is a private apartment with terrace. The house has a capacity for up to 24 people. Please ask for the price and availability. Inside the pergola there is a huge handmade dining room made with love and inspired to share unforgettable gastronomic, cultural and joyful moments. With capacity for 24 people, barbecue area and bar in the garden, it also comes with a well-equipped shared kitchen where you can cook your own light meals if you wish. Las Peñitas is very safe and parking is available both within and outside the property. Other things to note JAKES ON THE BEACH, is a pet friendly as long as your pet is calm with a good training that respects the others dogs, guest and the property.
