Mom's Place - UofA-Bud Walton close by

Mom's place has been remodeled with you in mind. With a vintage and yet comfortable design you will have everything you need when you stay here. With 3 bedrooms, one king, one queen and two twins plus a pull out sofa 8 guests can stay here. There are 2 eating areas inside and outdoor sitting areas on each side of the home. The backyard looks like a park in the Spring! We have put TV's in every bedroom so that you can unwind how you want to. You'll love the natural wood accents and local art. The space We are located practically on Bud Walton’s doorstep! The home is situated in South Fayetteville and is a 4 minute drive from the Arkansas stadiums. If you are adventurous you can even walk! The property is arranged for you to have 8 guests staying and have plenty of space to do your own things. With ample seating, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a a half bath, everyone will be able to find their rhythm staying here together. We have hung local art and will be stocking local coffee for you to enjoy. You will be able to easily get to all of Fayetteville's eateries and shopping. Guest access You will be able to access all of the home. The carport will be for parking your car. There is additional space in the driveway for four additional vehicles. The garage will be open to you for storing bikes or a motorcycle. All of the inside and outside will be yours to enjoy. The garden will be maintained by the owner, however in season veggies may be available. Other things to note If you want to bring a dog you can please message us and ask if it's possible. We will need to know your dogs age, type and if you plan to crate them while you are gone. If you need extra parking please let us know. Our main grill that’s available at all times is gas. We also have a Weber Charcoal Grill available upon request. Also the fire pit is available for use with a few conditions for safety. Absolutely no rentals without the person who is approved for renting staying there; unless pre-approved by the host.
