Bright, large, and quiet 2-bedroom flat with a fully equipped kitchen open on a lounge area and several balconies overlooking Mtatsminda, in the heart of Tbilisi in Vera between the Old Town and the hipster Vake neighborhood. 2 minutes walk from Rooms Hotel Tbilisi, one of the most expensive hotels in the city. The main Melikishvili street and the hippest restaurants and cafes are 2 minutes away, Lolita, Rooms, Stamba, etc. The space The flat is characterized by high ceilings. It was not designed from the outset to be rented out only, which gives it the necessary coziness to feel at home. For this reason, you will find all the amenities in the flat that you would expect from a cozy home. Our flat has a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher ) open on a cozy corner with a TV, a bar or a table to have dinner and a bathroom with bath and toilets. The flat is located on the third floor of a private house. The tenant has his own private access to the flat and is therefore completely independent. There is central heating for the winter and air conditioning in the living room for the summer. Guest access The separate dining room is only made available to long-term tenants. Short-term tenants can use the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, balconies and the bathroom. Other things to note I would like to emphasize some important things: All people are welcome in my home, no matter what nation or religion. However, my guests must be ready to accept certain facts. - Georgia is a sovereign country and 20% of it is occupied by Russia. They forbid us to enter these regions because we have Georgian nationality. - I deeply condemn the war in Ukraine. All those who can accept this are warmly invited to stay with us and visit our beautiful country. Attention: Important: All utilities are included in the price. However, if consumption goes 50% above average, guests will have to pay extra. We are not picky, but it should be avoided that guests run the air conditioner when they leave the house or do cloud mining. Besides the high cost and environmental impact, this is also a concern because the power lines are not designed for such continuous operation.
