The air feels calm and warm, with quiet moments by the pool and golden sunsets that settle in at the end of the day. This top-floor condo offers a peaceful setting to slow down and enjoy Palm Springs at your own pace. Sleeping arrangements The bedroom features a King bed designed for restful nights after a day out in the city. From here, you can step directly onto one of the two balconies for a quiet moment or fresh air. An additional sofa bed in the living area provides flexible sleeping space while maintaining comfort for two guests. Living space Inside, the mid-century inspired design creates a bright and open atmosphere. Natural light flows through large windows, connecting the living area to the outdoor views. The space feels relaxed and thoughtfully arranged, ideal for unwinding or enjoying a quiet evening indoors. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for simple meals at home. Quartz counters and stainless steel appliances make cooking easy, while the dining area offers a comfortable spot to enjoy meals together. Bathroom The bathroom includes a custom Italian tiled shower and bathroom essentials, offering a clean and practical space to refresh. Outdoor living & shared spaces Two private balconies extend your living space outdoors - one off the bedroom and one off the living area - both offering views of the pool and surrounding mountains. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool and hot tub, along with tennis courts within the property. The setting remains peaceful, whether you spend time poolside or take in the evening sky. Comfort & convenience Central air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the space comfortable year-round. The building includes an elevator that reaches the 2nd floor, with stairs leading to the 3rd-floor condo. Free covered parking is available on-site, and paid laundry facilities are located within the building. Self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth arrival. Neighborhood Located in the Biarritz-Downtown area, the condo places you close to the energy of Palm Springs while still offering a quiet retreat to return to at the end of the day.
