Kick back and relax in this serene space. It is a great location for anyone working in or around the Bay Area. Set in East Bay Hills, you can work from home or commute to anywhere in the Bay easily. The cottage is set on two acres and is completely fenced in, separate from the main house. Parking is easy. The front porch is lovely with plants and blooming flowers. Perfectly peaceful. Other things to note If you are bringing a pet, we are sure you will do a wonderful job of picking up after it! However, if pet poop is found upon check out, there will be a $100 charged per pet poop found! Also, you are responsible for making sure furniture is clean from hair and slobber. Otherwise, you will be held for additional charges to have furniture cleaned. For pets 50 lbs and larger the pet fee goes up to $250. Also, please let us know how many pets will be joining you, as well as weight and breed. Each pet is $100. Additional charges may be added separately per pet. Thank you for your understanding!
