Cozy Colonial Beach villa , perfect for families located on Playa Las Ballenas. The beach is just a short minute walk. The town with restaurants just a 10 minute walk. A car is not needed. The house has : 4 bedrooms ,3 bathrooms . AC in 2 bedrooms and sleeps 8 persons in comfort. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, blender, gas range, coffee maker, etc… Private pool and garden with lounge chairs and BBQ. Maid included 1 time a week. Pool and garden maintenance 3 times a week. The space Private villa in a residence, Private pool and garden and parking place for 2 cars. Just a short walk to the beach and town. Other things to note The consumption of electricity is not included. And needs to be paid separately . A deposit of 20$ ( or 1000pesos) / night is required in cash upon arrival. All unconsumed electricity will be refunded in cash upon check out. The cleaning fee charged is to clean the house before and after your stay. It doesn’t mean that this is a ‘clean up your trash or do your dishes fee’. Upon check out , if the house is not left in a decent manner ( meaning dishes done, furniture at the correct place, collect trash and put outside in the containers, no trash in the house) An extra cleaning charge of 60$ will be claimed Thank you for cleaning up after yourself. There is a mandatory deposit to be paid of 1000 pesos per night (20US). We will take a photo of the meter on arrival and departure. price / KHW is 20 pesos All unused electricity is returned in cash at the outlet. the more you consume, the more you have to pay.
