The space The IGA is a 5 min drive away with neighboring stores ie: BC Liquor store, awesome take out pizza, an amazing food truck, a general store with a great butcher and local caught seafood, some great eateries for breakfast and lunches.....Probably my favortite Pub ever is the Grasshopper Pub a 5 min drive from IGA with an amazing menu and Patio...I have all info in a welcome binder at the house with maps of all the great hikes, Ruby Lake, beaches to visit...Your week will be packed so don't forget to relax on your Hottub deck! HarbourAuthority of Pender Harbour is where you launch your boat, then you can drive it 5 min around the corner to Warnock public dock and you'll be able to walk to the house in about 15 min...Lastly there is a PS4 with several games in separate gaming room in guest room, Living room has a 65” with all streaming networks and a USB drive with 500 HD movies to relax to at the end of your day..... Guest access Entire cottage 1100 sq ft, 700 square foot deck and hot tub Owner owns the next door property and is in the area if you need anything Other things to note Several rules to read before you book: -there is no garbage pick up, you'll need to take your garbage and recyclables with you back home or drive it 15 minutes to Garden Bay, left at the Petro Can then 5 minutes drive down on your right. If garbage and recyclables are left you'll be charged 30$ - 60$ depending on weight for the cleaners to drive it to Garden Bay -you must shower off any sunscreen or saltwater before using the hot tub or you will contaminate the water and turn it grey, also if any type of drink is spilled.
