The space Upon entering the house, on the ground floor, you will find a hallway where you can hang your coat, leave your shoes in the rack, and a toilet. Through the original 1930s door, you enter the living room with an open kitchen. The comfortable sofa ensures cozy evenings, and the Chromecast behind the TV allows you to stream your favorite shows. In the extensive kitchen and large table with six chairs, you can cook delicious meals if you don't feel like going out to a restaurant. Via the stairs, you reach the first floor with two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other cozy room has a pull-out bed, allowing two people to sleep there. The bathroom is also on this floor, with a spacious bathtub and a walk-in shower. Light a candle and relax after a day of exploring Delft. The house is conveniently located just 250 meters away from Molen de Roos, 750 meters away from the Oude Kerk, and 600 meters away from Prinsenhof, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Delft. Via the stairs, you reach the second floor, where you have a beautiful view of the lovely city of Delft and the Molen de Roos. You can work in the office, if needed. Through the office, you enter the largest bedroom in the house. Here you can enjoy the sunset at the end of the day and the beautiful starry sky in the evening through the large windows. Outside in the cozy and bee friendly garden, there is room for six people around the low table and play opportunities for children with outdoor toys and a trampoline.
