There is tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away which takes about 5 minutes to the town centre (Tower & Winter Gardens). The house is a good size with three king size bedrooms and one single bedroom. There are sea views from the master bedroom and the promenade is less than a minute walk away. Other things to note Furnished Holiday Let Policy We ensure that there is no material change in use of the property, that the character of the area and the amenity of the neighbours are maintained, and that there is little to no impact on access, parking and highway safety. The property is in Use Class C3 Dwellinghouses. This means that guests must either be a single person or a family so that the intensity of the use of the dwelling-house is the same as it would be if it were occupied by a single family on a permanent basis. Noise is to be kept to a minimum. There is to be no noise audible outside of the property after 11pm and before 7am. This reduces noise and disturbance and is in keeping with what would most reasonably be expected of a residential property in the area. To ensure all of the above, guests are required to request to book the property following which their compliance with our Furnished Holiday Let Policy is checked and confirmed. Travel Cot The travel cot does not have a mattress so please bring your own if you require one.
