Cozy Basement Apt, Walk to UVA

Enjoy this cozy basement apartment with a private entrance located within walking distance to UVA and a short 5 min drive to the Downtown Mall. Free on-street parking and it's central location to the University, Downtown Mall, local wineries & breweries and the Shenandoah mountains make it a perfect place for a Charlottesville getaway! The space The bedroom provides a Queen bed with comfy down comforter and plenty of pillows and blankets. All sheets & blankets are provided. A dresser and a garment rack provide plenty of room to store luggage and all of your personal belongings. There is a small kitchenette area that provides a small sink, mini-fridge, keurig coffee maker and a microwave and counter space. Coffee, sodas, water and small snacks provided. There is a small eat-in kitchen with a 2 person table to enjoy a meal. The living room has a sleeper-sofa and a Roku TV that offer free access to Netflix & Hulu. The bathroom has a small stand up shower and you will be stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, Q-Tips and First Aid Kit. All towels and washcloths are provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire basement space. When arriving, please park on the side of the house - you will have your own gate entrance to the back basement entrance. There are 4 steps down to the entrance, but once inside everything is all on one level. Other things to note We live in the upstairs portion of the house with our 2 dogs - a terrier mix and labrador mix. We will make every effort to be as quiet as possible during your stay, but due to the nature of living upstairs, and the house being built in 1957, there may be some sound transfer. The dogs rarely bark, but we will do our best to minimize any instances where they would bark. We want your stay to be the most enjoyable, so please don't hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do during your stay to make it even more enjoyable!
