Indulge in finally becoming horizontal in our beautiful bamboo sheets….. We're grateful you decided to spoil yourself here, and we hope you will be! The space Windermera Homestead is a truly unique parcel of land. It was originally part of Pirra Mansion, but now stands alone. Protected and surrounded by our beautiful Serendip Sanctuary, Windermera is just an amazing place to be..... Your Cottage has tranquil views of fellow B&B (The Hidden Cottage) and views of the historical Pirra Mansion, it's Oval and beyond to Serendip Sanctuary. A cuppa on the Veranda is exactly what you deserve. Guest access Whilst staying in Lara, there are many unique things you can do. Whether enjoying the You Yang's walking tracks or world-famous mountain bike tracks. A leisurely stroll around Serendip, famous for wetlands, bird life, Kangaroo's, Emu's and much more. Maybe a visit to the Lara Heritage Museum. Or a Lara event such as Lara's food and Wine festival, Classic Car Show & Lara Fun Run hosted at Pirra Mansion right next door. Other things to note Interaction with guests We can have as much or as little interaction as you want. The cottage is completely separate and has independent access and 2 designated parking spaces. We live across the road/drive in the big long...yep you guessed it Converted Cattle Shed.. So here if you need but 100 yards away... A friendly wave and smile in the drive is absolutely on the cards.... should our paths cross....
