The heart of the cottage is the open-concept living room and kitchen area, designed for gatherings and shared moments. The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to whip up delicious meals. The living room invites you to unwind on cozy furnishings while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. The master bedroom is your private sanctuary, featuring a plush king-size bed draped in crisp linens. Adjacent to the sleeping area is an appointed work space, complete with a desk and comfortable chair, ideal for catching up on emails. The en-suite bathroom offers convenience and privacy, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The second bedroom is perfect for family or friends, with two full-size beds adorned with coastal-themed bedding. A smart TV allows for entertainment and relaxation after a day of sun and sand. Outside, a charming front porch welcomes you with rocking chairs, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the horizon. The highlight of outdoor living is the inviting pool area, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging in the sun. And when hunger strikes, fire up the BBQ grill for an alfresco dining experience under the stars. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. The pool is shared with the two other homes that I own next door. Other things to note Additional Services & Policies We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee: Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability. Pet Policy: $150 for the first pet. A $100 additional fee applies for a second pet. This charge will be sent separately. Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay. Bicycle Rentals: Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the property. Contact the host for pricing and arrangements. Beach Equipment: There are four beach chairs, a wagon and 10 beach/pool towels available. Baby Equipment: Need a crib, stroller, or high chair? Baby equipment can be delivered upon request. Let us know in advance to arrange delivery. Grocery Delivery: Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen! Grocery delivery is available—just let us know your preferences. Rental Agreement: A short electronic rental agreement acknowledging house rules and property boundaries must be signed. Security Deposit or Damage Coverage: You must select one of the following two options: Refundable Security Deposit ($1,000): A credit card authorization (hold) that is released within 7 days of checkout, provided no damages occur. Non-Refundable Damage Waiver ($60): A one-time, non-refundable fee that provides you with accidental damage protection during your stay.
