The area also boasts award winning restaurants, bars & night life. Plus it's only a 10-minute drive to concerts at Bank Pavilion, skiing at Gunstock & dozens of local hiking trails. The space Your bedroom includes two queen beds a 40” smart TV, large dresser and closet for clothing and a full bathroom. Step directly outside from the bedroom onto a private balcony. The bedroom and living room balcony connect. The living room includes an American Leather queen pull out sofa bed. If you have never spent a night on one of these you will be pleasantly surprised by its comfort. There is also another 40” smart TV and a full size dresser. Open concept space connects the living room and kitchen with a small bar top in between. The fully stocked kitchen has full size refrigerator, dishwasher and electric stove/oven. There is also a second full bathroom. Guest access You will be able to access all that the resort has to offer. The in-ground pool area has a hot tub, large patio area with lounge chairs and tables. Outdoor bathrooms and raised patio deck with amazing views of the lake. Beside the pool there is a full basketball court and fire pit. Small arcade on the first floor, family gathering area right across the hallway with ping pong table, tv, fireplace, sitting area and expansive balcony with views of the lake. There is also a small gym and library that are located on the 3rd floor with access to computers. The coin operated laundry machines are on the 1st floor. Other things to note Early Check in/Check out may be available for $25 fee. Please inquire if you are requesting. Please remove the majority of trash with you as you go, especially trash bags with liquids. The dumpster is in the lower parking lot on the way out. There is an Excess Trash fee of $25. No pets allowed. Unless service animals. Please do not leave fire pit unattended, and use wood only from in-state. No breaking of bottles or glass in fire. Thanks!
