Recharge your batteries in this cozy bakery located in the heart of the Limousin countryside. Detached house with private terrace, garden access, shared pool. 15 minutes from Lake St Pardoux, and Bellac, 20 minutes from Bessines-sur-Gartempe, 30 minutes from Oradour sur Glane, 35 minutes from Limoges, 40 minutes from St Junien, stay in peace and quiet and enjoy the natural and cultural wealth of the region. Sleeps 2 people. (No wifi. Little network except orange) The space This renovated bakery includes on the ground floor a large living space consisting of a kitchen area, dining room, living room and bathroom with a large shower, toilet. Upstairs you will find a large double bed, a library full of books. Enough to bask by the stove or by the pool. The furnished terrace will welcome you from breakfast to dinner. The pool is not private (our house is a few meters away). Open from May to October depending on weather conditions. Baby equipment on request (baby bed, bathtub, high chair) Other things to note A pond on the edge of the property can be dangerous for a toddler because it is not fenced. The terrace (furnished, screed, lighting) can be used as is, additional work will be carried out very soon (floor, stone wall). The pool is covered with a bar cover and fenced.
