The space The 85-square-meter, ground-level, and completely barrier-free vacation apartment called "Der Teichblick" in a quiet and idyllic location has the following rooms: - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub - 1 fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances - 1 living room with a sofa bed - 1 lounge room - 1 storage and closet room - 1 large and covered terrace with dining table The bedroom has a mains isolator switch that cuts off the power to the entire area when the last power consumption in the room is switched off. This achieves maximum healthy living, ensures undisturbed sleep and reduces electromagnetic fields. In keeping with the ecological quality of the building, we use only ecological detergents and cleaning agents from the company Sonett, winner of the 2022 German Sustainability Award, to provide our guests with a maximally healthy living environment. All ingredients in the products come from plant-based and mineral raw materials and are 100% biodegradable. The duvets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers. For energy-saving reasons, we do not iron the bed linens, towels or dish towels. From all the rooms (except the bathroom) of the apartment, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the garden and access the large covered terrace. There is a washer/dryer unit in the apartment. The use of the washer and/or dryer is subject to a fee. One wash costs €2.50, including Use of the dryer costs €5. You have the option of reserving an air conditioner on site. The daily flat rate, which covers the provision and electricity consumption, is €9.00 per day. The property is equipped with state-of-the-art SmartHome technology. This means that, for example, there are various sensors for controlling the various devices (fire detector, water detector, heating, alarm system, washing machine, TV, door lock, Wi-Fi, etc.). These devices may send an alarm (to the landlord) via the Internet if there are any irregularities. Ultimately, they serve exclusively the comfort and safety of the guests. Also, these days, various household appliances are networked online and report their status. There is free Wi-Fi in the apartment that cannot be deactivated.
