Vacation home (half of a semi-detached house) in Sedrun with a large sunny garden and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains for up to 7 people. The family-friendly house is located on the sunny slope of Camischolas in a quiet location a 5-minute walk from Sedrun train station. Skiing, hiking and biking trails are practically at your doorstep. From the dining room you can reach the large seating area and the garden with unobstructed mountain views. On the first floor are three bedrooms and the modern bathroom with a second toilet, sink, bathtub and bathroom cabinet. The three bedrooms are equipped as follows: In the double room there is a double bed (width 1.80 m) as well as a large wardrobe. From this room, you have access to the balcony on the first floor. In the children's room there is a bunk bed with the possibility of pulling out a third bed as well as storage space for clothes, toys, etc. The third room has two single beds and a large wardrobe. In the fourth room in the attic, there are also two sleeping options. For families, a folding baby crib and various toys (books, Lego, puzzles, etc.) are also available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the living area it has a DAB radio with Bluetooth function. There is also a washing machine as well as a dryer and clotheslines in the basement. The house has two parking spaces: a garage (not suitable for VW buses) within walking distance and an outdoor parking space. Both can be used during the rental period. The detached house is located on the sunny slope of Camischolas, a five-minute walk from Sedrun train station and the "Druni Kidsarena" (Valtgeva). The gondola to Cuolm da Vi (Disentis ski and hiking area) is about 10 minutes' walk or in winter also via ski lift in Valtgeva. To get to the Sedrun Andermat ski arena, take the sports train from the train station to the valley station of the chairlift to Milez within a few minutes (or by car, parking is available at the valley station). An indoor swimming pool and a large playground are within walking distance in a few minutes. In summer, bike and hiking trails invite you to active recreation. To cool off, a jump into the swimming lake in the village is ideal. Shopping (Coop, Denner, butcher, bakery) is available on the main road in Sedrun (walking distance approx. 5-10 minutes) as well as numerous restaurants.
