UNIQUE – In the heart of the seaside resort of CONTIS PLAGE, which is renowned for its lighthouse still in operation, for its kilometers of beach, bike paths and for its cinema; come and discover a house with very good standing designed for moments of relaxation, calm and disconnection. The space An upstairs living area, including a spacious, fitted and equipped kitchen open to a bright living room with quality furniture and leading to a terrace with views of the ocean and the Gulf Stream. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with an office space, a cozy bedroom with a wood decor, a pleasant bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, the ground-floor terrace offers a summer shower and a private Nordic bath. Note: During the summer season (June to September), the configuration of the house allows us to accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to our arrangements (dormitory annex with 2 single beds). In cooler periods (October-May), we limit the capacity to 4 people (1 bed + sofa bed) so that everyone can enjoy maximum indoor comfort. Guest access The house is a fully equipped and carefully furnished private home. You will also benefit from a small private parking space, a bicycle room with 2 Beach Bikes and 2 foam surfboards. Also a laundry room (annex) with washer and dryer.
