The space The interior living space, decorated with care, has been designed to offer all the comforts you need. We can accommodate up to 15 guests in the 4 bedrooms of the house (including a large dormitory attic and a sofa bed in the first floor play area). The house consists of: - on the ground floor: a warm living room with wood burning stove, large screen TV and DVD player, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet and a large bedroom with queen size bed, - on the garden level: a dining room with a large farmhouse table with extension cords, for convivial meals for families or friends, and an open kitchen overlooking the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (large capacity fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and many appliances and utensils), and has an attached laundry room with washing machine and laundry dryer in free use - on the first floor: a large play area with library, books and board games, with large comfortable sofa bed (offering extra sleeping for 2 people) and two large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. A bathroom (whose decoration will immerse you in childhood in the world of a famous Gaul!) with a separate bath and shower and toilet complete this first floor. - an expansive attic set up for the youngest with four single beds and one double bed, and games area and library for the little ones. Hygiene and bed bug control: All mattresses are equipped with full-bed pun cover and a disposable cover. The pillows are equipped with washable underpads and disposable covers. Upon arrival, you will find everything you need to start your stay serenely (basic products, toilet paper, household products). Outside, you will appreciate the garden in absolute calm, without vis-à-vis, with outdoor furniture and alfresco dining area, and especially the large swimming pool secured by motorized shelter. The pool is not heated and is open depending on the weather from April 15th to September 15th. Guest access Detached house with garden, pool and private 4-space parking.
