The room has a queen bed, air conditioning, a TV with a Firestick to access streaming services with your own account (no cable TV), and a private bathroom. The small private kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals. Located on Playa Chiquita, in front of the main road, 300 meters from the beach and supermarket, 4 km from downtown Puerto Viejo and 2 km from Punta Uva. Private parking is available. Proudly Costa Rican🇨🇷 The space On the property there are 2 identical apartments next to each other, both with their privacy, they are located in front of the main road that goes to Manzanillo making it easy to access with any type of car but you can also hear the traffic during peak hours (in the morning and in the afternoon). In the apartment, you will find the small private kitchen when entering, with everything you need to make quick meals. Then you will enter through the sliding glass door to the room, on one side is the toilet and sink and on the other the private semi-external shower divided by another sliding glass door. Playa Chiquita is a small neighborhood between Cocles and Punta Uva. 300 meters from the Airbnb you will find a supermarket as well as some restaurants and bike rentals, but to be able to travel to other beaches or the center of Puerto Viejo, approximately 4 km away, where there is nightlife, shopping, bars, banks and others, you need to have a car or take public transport such as taxis or tuk Tuks. You have the possibility to rent bikes nearby as well. The water comes from a pure and clean artesian well that is on the same property. However, it is not recommended to consume it in large quantities or for long periods of time as it is hard water that contains many minerals such as calcium.
