Your holiday accommodation at Lake Starnberg

You live in Starnberg, in the district of Percha on the edge of the nature reserve, surrounded by meadows, forest and the nearby Lake Starnberg. The 90qm duplex apartment is newly renovated, high quality and lovingly furnished. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the lake in 10 minutes. It´s about 20 minutes to Munich by car or 40 minutes to Garmisch. Hiking, swimming, skiing, cycling or city tours - there are numerous excursion destinations in the Fünfseenland. The space The 3-room duplex apartment consists of a spacious hallway, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, an integrated living and dining room, bedroom, attic studio and balcony. Attic studio, bathroom and bedroom are on the top floor, which can be reached via a wide staircase inside the apartment. Hallway, guest toilet, kitchen and balcony, dining and living room are on the 1st floor. The kitchen has been newly installed and is fully equipped. Hallway, kitchen, guest toilet, bathroom and stairs have tiled floors, living and dining room as well as attic studio have wooden floors. The bedroom is laid out with wood laminate. The apartment is bright and welcoming, featuring a Scandinavian design, with numerous floor-to-ceiling windows. The windows on the first floor – except for the hallway – have roller shutters and pleated blinds. The windows in the attic can be darkened with opaque pleated blinds. Guest access The Moosanger is a duplex apartment. You can reach them via the stairwell. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the attic. All rooms in this apartment are available for you to use. In the basement there is a washing and drying room, which can be used for a small fee. The garden is at your disposal for reading, sunbathing or playing badminton. The ground floor apartment is private and currently unoccupied. During your stay you have a parking space under the carport. You will find 2 sun loungers or shovels and brooms for outdoor use in the closed part of the carport. We will provide you with the key. Other things to note You live in a traffic-calmed area and you can reach the lake or the nature reserve in just a few minutes. The Moosanger is a developed residential area, with both traditional and modern houses. Parking is only possible on the property or in the parallel street. Street parking is not permitted in the Moosanger. Bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and a fruit and vegetable shop are in the immediate vicinity. We want to make your stay at Moosanger as comfortable as possible, which is why we have provided a high chair and a travel cot, including bed linen, for small guests. We also have a step stool, a baby bath, and a toilet seat. A mat and a rubber band are available for yoga, Pilates & Co. For longer stays, an intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible on request. As a tenant, you have to pay yourself. We are happy to provide you with cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner for daily use in the apartment. Bed linen and towels can be changed by yourself if necessary.
