Walking distance to downtown Burlington and even closer to the Waterfront and the Burlington Bike Path -- it really is hard to beat this location! The space This lovely little rental is perfect for a weekend away or an extended trip. The apartment has an open floor plan which is great for a social feel. Cozy up to the dining nook to enjoy your meals and use it as a space to hangout as a group. The spacious living room is equip with a smart TV, perfect for those movie nights. The house itself was built in 1899 but has certainly been updated since then! The 10ft high ceilings give it the most spacious feel to make yourself at home. The two bedrooms are beaming with natural sunlight and have enough space to unpack and put your luggage away to make yourself really feel at home while you're visiting. As comfy as the two beds are, it will be worth it to get up and walk 2 minutes up the road to Scout Coffee Co., or a bit further to Nunyun's Bakery, and start your day! There is nothing quite like a Vermont summer and our enclosed porch with dining table is the best way to enjoy yourself all throughout the day. Guest access There is tons of free parking both in front of the house on Crowley Street and on North Ave. If we had our dream trip to Burlington, we would park our car and never use it again. Walking is a really easy way to get around, but if you have bikes it's even better! There is plenty of room to store your bikes in the enclosed porch. At some point though, you'll have to jump in the car to get out of Burlington a little bit and explore the mountains! Other things to note This is the bottom unit in a classic two-story duplex in Burlington. People have lived here for over a hundred years and have loved living downstairs, we just wanted to call it out so there are no surprises when you arrive! License Number: RB-3399
