The volcano, which last erupted in 1946, is home to Costa Rica’s largest geothermal field. From our wrap-around porches, you can see the steamy plumes of the Geothermal Plant, and on clear days, take in breathtaking views of the Tempisque River. Our 1,700 sq ft villas are thoughtfully designed with unique tile work, granite countertops, and a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Each villa includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with our rescue and sanctuary animals, adding a heartwarming touch to your stay. For those seeking adventure, we offer ATV rides at $50 per hour per person and horseback riding at $30 for one hour. Other things to note Nestled on 300 acres in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste Province, our lush rolling hills are near the base of the Miravalles Volcano. This volcano last erupted in 1946 and is the site of the largest geothermal field in Costa Rica. The steamy plumes from the Geothermal Plant can be seen from our wrap-around porches or, on a clear day, you can enjoy the view of the Tempisque river. There is plenty of free secured parking and getting around is easy. The town of Guayabo is friendly, fun, great shopping, also you'll find delicious restaurants. Our villas are only a few miles from the center of town, down the mountain.
