Banks with ATM’s are also nearby, as are dive shops and travel agencies that can arrange scuba, snorkeling, cave diving, and fishing trips, visits to the many Mayan ruin sites, and excursions to the biosphere reserve of Sian Ka’an. Modern finishes. - Neutral earth tones sofas, plush sitting for easy lounging. - Stocked kitchen with every appliance and utensil for preparing and serving food and beverages - Place-settings for large early morning breakfasts, and late night dinners - Luxurious kitchen, beautiful and spacious dining area and best of all: the view - Terrace chaise-loungers, chairs and table - Secured access to the building **SPECIAL DISCOUNT PRICING HAS BEEN APPLIED** Although construction of this property is completed, all of Tulum is growing fast and it is common to see construction activity of new buildings and infrastructure in the area. It's completely unpredictable, projects start and stop all the time, there may be work one day but not the next. Unfortunately at the time of booking there is no way of ensuring my guests 100% that they may or may not experience some construction noises during working hours on the future dates of their stay. I have had hundreds of guests and 500+ 5 star reviews at dozens of properties within 5 minutes of this one. Please check the reviews, previous guests have been busy enjoying the jungle, beach, Mayan Ruins, cenotes, etc and typically guests find that there is so much to do around Tulum that they aren't at the condo much during the work day. Occasionally even when there is construction, their experience is not impacted and they continue to have an amazing vacation.
