Beachside in the treetops

Look out at the treetops and relax in this elevated three bedroom, two bathroom beach house, which offers a peaceful stay for couples, families or groups, a LGBTIQ+ friendly property. Watch the sunset from the spacious deck, while barbecuing dinner. It's an 8 min stroll to Sandy Point surf beach. The property is fenced and dog-friendly, and is opposite the coastal reserve, with a nearby bush track to beautiful Shallow Inlet (or drive there in 5 mins). Wilsons Prom is only 40 mins by car. The space The house is elevated, and the main living/dining area looks out through picture windows both ways onto the surrounding treetops. It is reached up a flight of stairs, which give onto the big deck with outdoor table, chairs, and BBQ at the front of the house. The deck faces the coastal reserve opposite. The compact modern kitchen adjoins the dining/living where there is a cosy enclosed wood heater, TV and smart speaker. There is free Wifi. Two large nearby bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a bathroom, separate toilet, and laundry. The third roomy bedroom is downstairs, and has its own ensuite and entrance. This bedroom has a queen bed and also a king single sofa bed if needed. Guest access Guests can access the whole house except for a locked storeroom. Other things to note Please note that guests need to bring their own linen as it is not supplied. There are three queen beds and one king single. This is a dog-friendly property which has a dog door and fence. A toddler gate on the deck entrance can contain dogs at night, which is recommended for the safety of resident koalas. Please note, no cats.
