Cottage in the Hills

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wedding venues: 5 minutes to Bella Collina, 10 to The Springs by Sterling, & 15 to Howie Mansion. Sport venues: 15 minutes to the National Training Center & Clermont Sportsplex, 5 to Montverde Academy. Fl attractions: 90-120 minutes to many beaches. Pick your beach, I'll help with supplies! 45 minutes from most theme parks. Our little town has a walking trail that leads to a lake where one can usually spot an alligator. The space You will have your own private entrance. Your side of the house is private and closed off from ours. There is a solid locked door between our spaces. There are three dedicated bedrooms. Two have desk tops you can use for your luggage. The third has a folding rack. The fourth is set up as a living room with a futon that can be made into a bed. There is one additional chair and a Smart TV. There is one private bathroom with a shower. Although there is not a dedicated kitchen you have an area with a full size refrigerator/freezer. A dining table that seats four. You also have a cabinet with a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, crock pot, electric kettle for hot water and an air fryer. Paper products are provided. There is one closet available for guest to hang clothing in. The others not available at this time so they are locked. If you are traveling with children let me know what you need and I'll do my best to accommodate. There is an outdoor space in front of your space to enjoy and relax in. There is a charcoal grill available upon request. Don't hesitate to contact me if you need something or have a concern. Guest access The front yard is available to relax, with room for children to run in. Other things to note Owner lives on premises. The guest side is private and separated from the owner side. There is a cat on the premises.
