Ish House (1st Floor) in historic Goldfield!

Don't be fooled by the exterior. The Ish House is historic gem in the middle of nowhere. This rustic house was built by Goldfield elite, now its yours to enjoy! A great stop on the way to/from Death Valley, Yosemite, Reno, Las Vegas, Beatty, or Tonopah. Explore local Car Forest, area Area 51 boundary. The Ish House is a work in progress. Its rustic and filled with character. A portion of the proceeds from rentals goes towards restoring this historic treasure. The space If you are looking for perfection, this is not it. This is an old rustic house with imperfections. This rental includes the the entire first floor of the this historic house. Including the kitchen, an elegant dinning room (with bar), and a comfy living space. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a king size bedroom. This room faces the road and there is traffic noise. We provide earplugs to help deal with this issue. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bathroom has original toilet and sink which has been used for over 100 years. Laundry room on 2nd floor is yours to use at no additional cost. NO HIDDEN FEES. NO PET FEES. NO CLEANING FEES! Guest access You will have access to the entire first floor of the Ish House to yourself. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dinning room, and living room are yours to enjoy. Please enter at the rear of the house. During your stay Guests may come and go on their own. I live nearby and am available if there are any issues. Other things to note This is a very old house. If you are searching for a modern hotel room stay, this is NOT for you. If you are looking for character and a unique stay, while raising money for repairing a historic building, THIS IS IT!
