For those arriving by plane there are two airports nearby: the closest is Canova di Treviso (4 km away) where the main operator is Ryanair, the other is an international airport (Marco Polo) located in Tessera (VE) (20 km away). The location is ideal as it is 7 km from the center of Treviso, reachable both by car but for those without a car by Bus, Train and Coach with a stop about 300 meters from the property and with the possibility to visit our wonderful mountains starting from the pearl of the Dolomites Cortina D'Ampezzo, the beaches of Jesolo and Caorle, the cities of art of Verona, Padua and Venice. The villa has a large 500 sqm garden with an iron gazebo, an oval table with 6 chairs and a very comfortable vintage rocking chair and the possibility to barbecue with a gas grill supplied. It's the ideal location for a family with children, two couples, or a group of friends to stay and relax at any time during your stay. The bathroom, with a modern design, is complete with all the necessary amenities, including towels, personal care products and a large shower compartment, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The shower stall is spacious and designed to ensure a feeling of luxury and relaxation. The kitchen, the beating heart of the house, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: utensils, pots, dishes. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa and a relaxing armchair. This space is perfect for relaxing while watching TV (one of the two in the apartment) or enjoying an evening with friends. The Wi-Fi connection is ultra fast, ideal for those who need to work remotely or simply to stay connected. In addition to the TV in the kitchen, another TV is available in the bedroom, offering different entertainment options for all guests. For guests on the ground floor, there is an apartment of approx. 80 sqm; with independent heating and air conditioning, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and is all on the same floor for the exclusive use of guests who can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. Also about 300 meters from the property is a natural park surrounded by a green oasis with an artificial pond where you can jog or take a simple walk. The photos are among the additional photos. Guest access Upon arrival, guests will find near the doorbell a "Combination Lock" whose combination will be provided to you by email after confirming the reservation and containing three keys and a remote control: green key to open pedestrian gate, yellow opening entrance door to the apartment, a remote control to open the driveway gate the button to press is (A) and a key for always opening the electric gate to access the parking inside the property in case the remote control does not work. You can access the property yourself, at any time, directly from the main entrance door on the ground floor, from the garden or from the parking lot. Sheets, towels, shower gel and toiletries will also be provided, and, on arrival, you will find milk, coffee, toast, chocolate spread and jam in the pantry for a welcome breakfast. Here's an overview of the main points of interest within easy reach: Treviso (10 minutes by car) Very nice small town, on a very nice scale. Definitely worth a visit: Venice unique city in the world (30 minutes by train) Padua ( 45 minutes, car, train, bus) Verona (1.30 minutes via Pedemontana Veneta road or by train or bus) Cortina D'Ampezzo, (called the pearl of the Dolomites at approx. 1.30 h. by car) The beaches of Jesolo and Caorle are also an hour's drive away. A stone's throw from the property, you'll find numerous bars, restaurants, bakeries and clubs ideal for spending pleasant evenings in company, whether you're with family, friends or as a couple.
