Garage is not included. ★ Rubbish Collection Day ★ Please sort the rubbish as per the colours. You will have to take the bins out to the kerbside on Monday afternoon for collection morning of tuesday. If in doubt, contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in. ★ Food Safety ★ For food safety, we are not providing any food or consumable items including salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee. They can be easily bought from the Woolworths and Aldi nearby, or you may bring your own. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. Guest access Guest can access the whole house excluding Garage and storage. Other things to note Council picks up garbage on Tuesday Morning. if you are at the property on Mondays, please put the bins out near the kerb so it can be collected. It's a very big home and corner block so it's open from 3 sides. it does take sometime for the aircon to cool the house down. please ensure all the doors and windows are closed.
