2 BR condo in the north of Merida with terrace

Cute 2 bedroom apartment in Merida. The condo has 24 hour security and free parking. Located on the first floor. Close to malls like La Isla, City Center, Mangus and Altabrisa. Just two blocks away from hospital el Faro. Fully equiped kitchen, dining area and living room. Both bedrooms have a/c and the living room area has 2 ceiling fans. 2 complete bathrooms. Small terrace The space The condo has a lot of natural light, its very fresh. It is located on the first floor so there is no need to take the stairs. The kitchen has microwave, nutribullet, nespresso machine, coffe machine, fridge, glasses, plates, wine glasses, cups, silverware, pans, electric grill, but no oven. 2 complete bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one king size bed and one twin bed). The dining area has a table that seats 6 people. We have a very comfortable living room with one big couch and an individual sofa. The building is full of gardens and plants that give a lot of life to the common spaces. Its very close to local supermarkets (walmart being the closest), malls (la isla, city center, mangus, altabrisa) ,a hospital, 24/7 pharmacy, gas station, an oxxo just 2 blocks away, cafes, restaurants and everything you need to have a great stay! Other things to note For longer stays (+1 months), the electricity bill will not be included Please do not use the face towels to remove make up, there will be a $150mxn penalty for each towel that has make up stains. There will be hand soap in the bathrooms but no shampoo or body soap. One toilet paper will be provided per bathroom, if you need more you’ll have to buy it. Some basic cleaning products will be available, but if you need more or a specific one the guest will have to buy them. The building doesnt have amenities like pools or gym, its just the condo you’ll have access to.
