Guesthouse in West Adams

Brand new guesthouse built in 2022 with high end finishes and furnishings. The backhouse is very private and quiet with great lighting inside the space. The house is accessible through the main gate door and situated right behind the main house. Located in the residential area of West Adams which provides for short distances away from the city's main attractions. The guesthouse has high ceilings with skylights to provide ambient natural lighting in the kitchen and in the living room. The space This 1BR and 1 Bath features full washer and dryer and spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom. Additionally, a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. In the kitchen, you will find all the essentials to cook, keurig coffee machine with pods, dishes, cups, pots and pans. Guest access The guesthouse is a detached backhouse, free standing and private and just a couple steps leading to the front door. The backyard is a shared space which can be arranged for use as needed. Other things to note In the main house, you will find myself along with my husband, 2 little kids and a dog. We access the backyard frequently for various reasons but usually to access essential items located in the driveway and in the garage (used for storage). On the weekends, we frequent the backyard and use the bbq and dining as a family or as social gatherings.
