It is a private guesthouse attached by a breezeway to our primary residence. The guest house has its own entrance/driveway and front porch seating area with propane fire pit over looking the canal. Guests will not have access to the main house deck seating area or the wood burning fire pit. The common dining area between the guesthouse and main residence is a shared space. However, we appreciate ours and allow guests to have privacy when enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. There is a max occupancy of 2 guests unless approved by the host. If you plan to have additional guests please contact us before booking so we can discuss accommodations. Additional guest fees may apply and unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval. The driveway is for 1 vehicle so please communicate with us if you will have two vehicles during your stay and we will provide instructions where to park the additional vehicle. We may periodically check the cameras so we are aware of how many people and that only registered guests are on the property at all times.
