Atomic Acres is a remodeled, 4 bedroom/3,000 sq ft home in the heart of Harbor Country in Sawyer, MI. This home sits on 5 beautiful acres with a fenced in side yard and open back yard with a wandering creek along its border. The amenities are endless: fire pit, seasonal pool & hot tub, patio, ping pong table, pool table, screen porch and more! An aesthetic nod to the mid century era is felt throughout with pieces curated to appeal to the vintage, and all so close to Warren Dunes (1 mile)! The space POOL SEASON: MID MAY-OCT 1st HOT TUB SEASON: APRIL 1st TO DEC 31st The space is spacious, we boast 4 bedrooms split into what we call the Main House (2 bedrooms) and the Pool House (2 bedrooms) (attached via entry/boot room). It's really two house connected to one another with a great outdoor entertaining space including a pool, hot tub, screened porch and beautiful views. In the MAIN home there are two bedrooms: (1) Primary bedroom - KING sized bed, 55" articulating arm LED 4KTV with Sonos sound bar, and en suite bathroom with tile shower and double vanity, and Alexa enabled shower speaker/fan. Hardwood/white oak flooring. This room looks out onto pool/hot tub area, and has a large closet. (2) Guest bedroom - KING sized bed, NO TV, white oak/hardwood flooring, and looks directly onto pool out of window behind the bed. From this bedroom an adjacent central hallway leads to guest bathroom with toilet/bidet and tile shower. In the POOL house there are also two bedrooms: (3) Primary Pool House Bedroom - QUEEN sized bed, 55" static mount LED, 4K LG TV with closet, and flooring is LVP. With personal mini-split with thermostat for climate control. (4) Bunk room - this bedroom has 4 beds, arranged in 2 bunk beds. All are TWIN sized. Has personal mini-split with thermostat for this room and a closet. There are two Living Room areas: (1) Main House LR - a large room with hardwood flooring and a leather sectional with a 75" 4K LG TV and a Klipsch entertainment center with Denon Receiver. In addition there is a vintage Brunswick pool table as well and some table side seating. (2) Pool House LR - this room boasts a leather couch and a swivel recliner chair as well as a vintage rug over LVP flooring. A modern linear electric fireplace sits beneath a 65" 4K Sony TV powered by Sony receiver and in wall surround sound speaker system with Alexa available. Bathrooms: There are 3 full bathrooms on the property. Two are located in the Main Home and one in the Pool house. Pool house bathroom has a tub/shower combo with rainfall shower head and handheld shower as well. Both bathrooms in main house are enclosed glass door showers only. Exterior spaces: This is the perfect area to socialize with a large cedar deck (20 ft x 29 ft) enclosed into a screen porch with beautiful views of the woods to the south.There is a seasonal pool (open from mid May until- end of September) that is heated and is surrounded by a concrete pool deck with automated lights for night swimming. On the west side of the pool deck is a Caldera spa that is open from April through end of the year with twice weekly visits. Also there is a Weber performance charcoal grill as well (charcoal is not provided). The side yard is enclosed with a custom cedar fence and is great for yard games and had a circle fire pit with chairs. On the driveway is a 54" Goalrilla basketball goal, if using please move two cars just inside the road to provide a buffer for the ball as the road is quite busy adjacent to the driveway. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property and it is a private space. The property extends over a small land bridge and totals 5 acres and down the hill from the pool is a large open yard prior to the woods. The space including outdoor and indoor areas and parking are all included in the booking. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Other things to note NO PARTIES - we encourage you to enjoy the space with your friends and families but this is NOT a party house for very late night activities, loud music, illegal substances, aggressive behavior, or unregistered day guests. Please be respectful of the home, the property and the neighbors. NO PETS - we do not allow pets at this property, thanks for understanding. THE POOL is open from mid May until October 1st each year THE HOT TUB is open from April 1st through the end of December each year
