Welcome to our beach block paradise! Our rental offers a private pool!! and direct access to the sandy beach. Our space is perfect for a beach vacation and can accommodate a group or family. Guests will have access to Polyxenia beach located at the end of the street (200 meters from the villa). Our rental is in a prime location near many local restaurants and shops. Come relax in our piece of paradise and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones! The space Our villa is built on two floors, the ground floor contains the living room, dining area, shower room and toilet, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove, electric kettle. Toaster, microwave, and of course cooking and eating utensils. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, room 1 has a double bed and the other two rooms have 2 single beds in each room, as well as the central shower. There is an air conditioner in every room as well as in the living room and kitchen. Next to the private pool there is a sitting area shaded by a large umbrella. In the backyard there is a BBQ station.
