Perfect for a couple or small family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs. A Keurig, tea pot, microwave, blender and toaster. Please ensure you read all details about your stay prior to booking. The studio has a queen size bed, pull out twin trundle and a futon sofa that can be laid out to sleep an additional person. The studio is available to a maximum of 4 guest. Children 2 and over count as a guest. We have a strict policy for any additional guest due to the size of the studio. By making this reservation, you agree that there will not be more than 4 people during your stay. If there are more than 4 people you will be immediately removed or charged for the extra guest. Additional guest fee: $30/ night Please contact us for mid-term rentals for special pricing. A 42” TV is available to enjoy your early mornings and a small table to enjoy a late dinner after a day at the park. The studio is located in the front of the property and there is plenty of street parking available right in front. Washer and dryer are only available to long term guest staying 30 days or more. Guest access This guesthouse/ studio is located in the front of the property and is solely available to guest with a reservation. The front yard is shared with guest staying in the large home. Washer and dryer is only available to long term guest (30 days or more) upon approval. Other things to note Our listing provides bedsheets, blankets, pillows and towels for all guest. A pack and play and Angelcare bathtub available upon request for the little ones. The home has a fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Keurig, Cookware, Pots, Plates, Cups, Mugs, Cooking utensils and dinning Utensils. There is a mini split air conditioner/ heater unit in the studio. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. Smell or residue of tobacco, marijuana or cigarettes will result in a $400 fee. PLEASE NOTE: There is a GATED POOL in the backyard NOT available to guest with reservations to the studio. Only guest with reservations to the large home have access to the backyard/ pool. PARKING is free and available on the street for studio guest. There is plenty of parking on the street. Be mindful of street sweeping on Mondays and Tuesdays. Washer and Dryer is ONLY available to guest with long term reservations. Please ask for availability before booking. UNAPPROVED EXTRA GUEST: By making this reservation, you agree that there will not be more than 4 people during your stay. If there are more than 4 people you will be immediately removed or charged for the extra guest. ANY person older than 1 year is considered an extra guest.. Additional guest fee: $30/ night per extra guest. There are cameras on the property. We will not debate the charge, you will automatically be billed.
