Single bedroom offered in a single parent family home. Offering a private space with a shared kitchen, bathroom & garden. The bedroom has its own desk & TV with Netflix etc. There is a toddler in the house so the communal areas are tidy & clean but rarely 'spotless'. It is an extremely homely atmosphere so this is a perfect room for any working professionals looking for a home away from home. The space Newly carpeted and painted, its light and airy. The wondow overlooks the garden with no overlooking houses so it is private. Guest access The kitchen & bathroom are shared with myself, my daughter and any other guests. - TV with Amazon and Netfix is provided in the bedroom. - Wifi available - Free Parking available on the street - Bus stop 1 minute walk away - Welwyn Garden City Station 20-30 minute walk away, pace depending. - Bus routes provide access to St Albans, Hatfield and surrounding areas - Garden is accessible from the road for those with bicycles During your stay I ask that guests make themselves self sufficient within the space. I am home a lot so can be contacted easily in person or by phone Other things to note I have a todler at home who is a delight and very lovable - not particularly loud and usually in bed before 9pm.
