Welcome to Ekeholm! Stay in a spacious house with a heated indoor pool close to animals and nature. With us, you will experience the tranquility of living in the countryside. From our cozy backyard with pool house, terrace and patio for barbecuing, you can look out over pastures with horses. This rural place offers proximity to both the big city and nature. You are 15 minutes to Kristianstad, 60 minutes to Lund/Malmö. Proximity to nice golf courses and 25 minutes to Hanöbukten's wonderful sandy beaches. The space Ekeholm is easily accessible next to a slightly larger road that leads you further quickly out to a larger road for further expeditions in Skåneland. Accommodation is perfect for the larger group, up to about 10-12 people who want to socialize by the pool, eat together and enjoy the tranquility. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave and dining area for 10 people. There is also a spacious bedroom, a toilet with shower and two living rooms. One living room has a sofa bed for two and in the other living room there is a sofa and TV. Upstairs there are four smaller bedrooms, one with a double bed and 3 with 2 single beds in each room and a toilet with shower. In the backyard there is a lovely patio with a glassed-in patio and pool overlooking horse pastures. Guest access You have access to the entire house and a private garden in the back. Other things to note - The house is from the turn of the century and the upstairs can be experienced as sensitive. - If you have forgotten sheets and towels, you can rent them for SEK 250/person. - If you have small children, it's important to know that there are no stair gates. - Accompanying pets, at an additional cost, must be kept on a leash outdoors and may stay in the kitchen indoors. - You can say hello to our horses over the fence. But it is absolutely forbidden to stay inside the pastures or stable buildings. - At the riding track on the front of the farm, there is a small stand where you can sit and watch when the horse and rider work together. - In the nearby building on the farm there is a cat hotel. It is ok to look at the cats in their outdoor yards but not to stay in the cat hotel's premises. - The pool is open May-September with about 28 degrees C in the water.
