A 2 bedroom apartment, suitable for a maximum of 4 people; children under 6 years are not permitted. Located in a beautifully established area of Griffith with views of Scenic Hill Reserve, central to supermarkets, cafés, clubs, sporting venues, health services and the business district. The space Our 2 bedroom apartment is a ground floor, spacious, non-smoking, accommodation which offers the following: A bright, welcoming entry directly off the driveway leads into a spacious lounge room with a smart TV, 2 two seater comfortable lounges and a coffee table. Down the hallway and into our well appointed kitchen with all the basic essentials. An island bench, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, full sized fridge plus all the cooking appliances and crockery needed for a comfortable stay (if we don't have it, please ask and we will try our best to provide it). For your business needs, we have a small dedicated office nook with a desk, WIFI, chair and lamp. Our separate dining room is off the kitchen area and leads directly out to the private courtyard. The main bedroom is spacious and fresh with views out to our front garden area. It offers a queen sized bed, 2 side tables & lamps, an end of bed ottoman and a large built-in wall to wall wardrobe with lots of hanging space. The 2nd bedroom also has a window overlooking our front garden and boasts a queen sized bed, an end of bed ottoman, a floor lamp and built-in wardrobe. Our beautifully appointed bathroom has loads of natural lighting, ceiling to floor tiles, a large walk-in shower with an extra large shower head, a separate vanity and dress area with plenty of additional built-in cupboard space. Last but not least, our laundry is equipped with a washing machine & dryer and is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. We hope you liked the tour! Our home offers quiet, residential living, but most importantly, cleanliness, comfort and relaxation only a few minutes from the city centre. We hope that you love our home as much as we do. Guest access Our guests are able to access 100% of the listed ground floor, private 2 bedroom apartment & private rear courtyard. One free dedicated parking space is provided for the apartment on the driveway in front of the apartment entry door. Additional free parking is available on the street. The driveway access is shared with the owner who resides in the first floor apartment. Other things to note ● Children under 6 years are not permitted. ●A 100% no smoking policy applies to the inside of the apartment as well as the courtyard and the surrounding common grounds; this includes all cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vaping. If you smoke, this is not the property for you. ● Due to family allergies, we cannot accommodate pets or any guide or companion animals.
