Agnès and Olivier invite you to stay in this early 20th century mansion, perfect for a peaceful stay with family or friends. The space Between Alençon (birthplace of Ste Thérèse, lace museum, basilica...) and Sées (its cathedral), located 10 minutes from the A28, 30 minutes from Haras du Pin, 1 hour from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 1 hour from Suisse Normande, 1 hour 10 minutes from the landing beaches, 1 hour 30 minutes from Deauville, 1 hour 45 minutes from the Loire castles, 2 hours from the Palace of Versailles near Paris, 2 hours from Mont St Michel. Its central location will allow you to take daily walks for all tastes. The house is 5 minutes from the Ecouves Forest (forest trails, fitness trail and trail running). With a living area of 240 m², the house is set on a wooded plot of 3000 m². The heated pool (4M X 8.5M) surrounded by its secure 180M² terrace, will welcome you from May to September. A paved area surrounding the house will allow the youngest to cycle safely. Two metal soccer goals, a badminton net and a large pebble parking lot adjoining the field will allow sportsmen and pétanque lovers to spend long hours there in peace. For outdoor dining, you will have at your disposal a built-in barbecue (safe for children), a covered kiosk and a 60 m² dining/games room where there is a table, fitted kitchen, fireplace as well as a pool table and a pinball machine. Adjacent to this room, a locked garage is equipped with a latest generation 22KW charging station for electric vehicles. Regarding the house itself, on the ground floor you will have an entrance leading on the one hand to a living room equipped with games, TV, DVD, Bluetooth connectable hifi, and on the other hand to a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, range hood, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with coffee grinder provided...), open kitchen with a table that can accommodate 14 people bathed in the softness of its modern fireplace. Also available on the ground floor is a bathroom with jet shower, and a toilet. All on an area of 80 m². A computer station equipped with a computer (MAC) will give you access to the internet and allow you to check your email. A veranda will also welcome you with its table to share a moment of conviviality open to the outside. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, a shower room (private) and a bathroom, toilet: bedroom one: one 160 bed bedroom two: a 160 bed and a 90 bed bedroom three: a 160 bed and a 90 bed with private shower room and work desk. In the basement, a washing machine and a professional dryer as well as a freezer are at your disposal. Heating is provided by central heating for the majority, except the second floor, electric heating. Beds are made on arrival (duvet sets). Towels are provided. Firewood is provided. The basics (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...) are present. The whole house and large garden are yours (it is closed, secure). Possibility to put cars in the large adjoining private car park (700 m²).
