Enjoy beautiful views in this unique house perched on top of a hill just outside city limits. Vintage eclectic vibes mixed with beautiful nature views will make this a unique experience. This home on 5 acres features 2 large bedrooms with king size beds, 3 bathrooms, as well as 2 couches in the spacious living room. Plenty of space to relax and stretch your legs! Just a few minutes from town makes this stay a great way to enjoy the luxuries of our city with the privacy of the country! The space This beautiful vintage home was built in the 60s and features large picture windows in the living room as well as a spacious open floor plan. The large bedrooms both have king size beds and their own attached bathrooms. There is a large tv in the main bedroom (and WiFi of course) but the rest of the house is purposely low tech so you can relax and enjoy the views and quiet. Feel free to thumb through the vinyl selection and put a record going or just take some time to look around at the many interesting collectibles found around the house! I’m an avid antique/thrifter and love finding interesting treasures! You also have access to several acres of outdoor area so take a stroll around the yard and don’t miss the sunset view of the large valley to the west. Guest access You have access to the whole house except for the enclosed garage which has a keypad lock. It is only used as a storage space for cleaning equipment as well as extra vintage collections that aren’t being currently used as decor in the house! It is not climate controlled so it’s not able to be included as living space with the house. Sometimes I will need to access this room during your stay. I can enter it from the outside of the house and will not enter the actual house where you are staying for any reason without your prior approval or request. There is a separate shop building on the property. We are currently working on converting it and you may see us parked there working on it. You are welcome to come say hi or just ignore us if you are busy. We will be respectful with our working times and noise during your stay! You will drive down a dirt road and past a couple of neighbors’ houses before you arrive at our property.
