Kitchen & Day Area The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with a modern induction cooktop, perfect for preparing your meals quickly and safely. For your moments of rest, we have created an intimate relaxation corner: a dedicated space to read a good book or sip a hot tea in total tranquility. The Bathroom Modern and functional, the bathroom includes everything you need to travel light. Upon arrival, you will find a set of soft towels and practical slippers. The View The real touch of magic: from the apartment windows, you can enjoy a beautiful direct view of the Church of San Giovanni, one of the oldest and most charming in Cuglieri. Guest access - Baggage Handling and Accessibility: Luggage service upon arrival: The apartment is on the third floor. To avoid any hassle with your luggage, I'll take care of bringing it up to the floor for you using the property's freight elevator. Accessibility note: Since access to the apartment is via stairs and the use of the freight elevator is reserved exclusively for the transport of luggage by the host, the accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - Check-in times and procedures: In-person welcome (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM): I will be happy to welcome you personally to show you around the house and give you the keys. Late arrivals (after 8:00 p.m.): After this time, self check-in is possible, but it must be agreed upon in advance. In order to better organize myself and be present upon your arrival, I kindly ask you to inform me of your expected arrival time by the day before. Other things to note Accommodation tax (to be paid upon arrival) In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Cuglieri, the accommodation tax must be paid in cash at the time of check-in: Rate: €1.00 per person per night. Maximum length of stay: You pay for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (subsequent nights are free). Exemptions: Children up to 12 years old (not yet 12) are totally exempt from payment. -Safety and Property Rules To ensure maximum safety of our guests and the property, please take note of the following rules: Video surveillance: The external entrance and the common access areas are under video surveillance. There are no cameras inside the apartment, fully respecting your privacy. Unregistered guests: For safety reasons and in accordance with Italian public safety laws, it is strictly forbidden for persons not registered in the reservation to enter or stay.
