The apartment is fully equipped: • The kitchen has everything: refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, glass plates, cups, mugs, knifes, utensils… All you need to bring is the FOOD! • The living room / dining area is very spacious. FREE WIFI and Netflix included, along with 2 fans, air conditioning, and dining table. • The master bedroom has a King size bed with clean sheets, air conditioning, dresser, and its own master bedroom. With an excellent view of the beach. • The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, air conditioning, fresh sheets, dresser, and an excellent view of the beach. • The third bedroom has one queen sized, air conditioning, fresh sheets, dresser, and an excellent view of the beach. • The one & second bathroom is equipped with its own shower, toilet, and sink. • Each dresser has enough room to store your clothing, clean towels, beach towels, flashlights, and first aid kits. • The laundry cupboard has a washer and dryer. • The apartment has running water and power. (It is possible that there may be shortages of power or water) • Balcony included. In the balcony, there is a storage unit on the wall, which is equipped with beach chairs, cooler & beach toys. • The private Large Terrace has, outdoor sofa, and table with its own umbrella for eating outside. • We have 2 parking spaces available. Other remarkable aspects The apartment complex includes: • Private entrance with a security guard from 6pm to 6am. . Private gated access to beach. Our property has a battery backup electric system.
